Mash banana and avocado well. Add sugar, salt, corn meal and stir well. Add Olive oil and curd/yogurt/sour cream. Slowly stir in milk until you have reach a slightly thick consistency. If the consistency is too thin you can add more sugar till it is right.
Rub this paste well on your feet. Take your time. You can use a pumice stone also if feet are too flaky. Then go for a warm bath.
Simply mix equal quantities of water and lemon juice. Dip paper tissue into this mixture and apply to feet. It softens your feet, smoothens your skin and remove any odour.
